A Bright, Balanced Cocktail

As shown in the video, the Angelo Azzurro is built with precision and restraint. Citrus provides lift and freshness, while the supporting ingredients add depth without weighing the drink down.

The result is a cocktail that feels vibrant and easy to enjoy, offering clarity of flavor rather than excess. Each step in the process is intentional, ensuring consistency from the first sip to the last.

A Natural Fit for Italian Dining

The Angelo Azzurro pairs well with lighter dishes and seafood-forward plates on Sorella’s Italian menu. Its brightness makes it a natural choice before dinner or alongside a relaxed evening meal.

Whether enjoyed at the bar or at the table, this cocktail reflects the same philosophy found throughout the restaurant. Simple components, handled carefully, and served with confidence.
